ABOUT US

WE BUILD HOMES WITH SPACE AND DIGNITY

We build homes with the understanding that space and dignity matter.

Rooted in generations of building in the Portland region, our work reflects decades of experience across urban, suburban, and mixed-use development. That perspective has taught us a clear lesson: Build homes that make people happy to come home.

Rather than maximizing density at all costs, we focus on thoughtful planning, sound construction, and long-term livability. Our goal is not to build as many homes as possible, but to build homes that respect the people who call them home.

OUR STORY

Our experience spans urban townhomes, single-family neighborhoods, multifamily housing, and the revitalization of historic properties throughout the Portland metropolitan area.

For more than 30 years, our homes have provided new homeowners with a quality place to live and a good investment. That breadth of experience gives us perspective and restraint. We’ve seen what happens when projects are rushed or overbuilt, and we choose a different path.

OUR VALUES

DESIGN WITH
INTENTION

Design is where it all starts. We plan homes and communities with attention to living space, light, proportion, and privacy. Instead of forcing more units onto a site, we focus on layouts that allow homes to breathe and people to feel comfortable in their homes.

Good design isn’t about excess. It’s about building you a new home that you will love and enjoy for years.

BUILD WITH
INTEGRITY

Building with integrity means honoring the trust people place in their home. Decades of experience guide our focus on construction quality, durability, and energy efficiency. These homes are built to perform well over time, providing comfort, reliability, and lower long-term costs.

Integrity is what allows a home to remain dignified long after it’s new.

LIVE WITH EASE

When homes are designed and built with care, daily life feels easier. There’s room to settle in, to host friends, to step outside, and to enjoy a sense of privacy even in an urban setting.

This is what space and dignity look like in practice.
